Associate Director with 23 years of experience leading HR technology transformation and people analytics across India, the UK, and the US — currently owning the global HR systems roadmap for 80,000+ employees across 80+ countries at Publicis. I sit at the intersection of three things that rarely travel together: enterprise HRIS delivery, hands-on data science, and process discipline. I hold a Master's in Data Science from Birkbeck, University of London, and I still write Python — building NLP classifiers, sentiment models, and ML tools on real HR operational data. I'm also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, which means I don't just surface insights; I redesign the process around them. Most recently, that combination produced a 35% productivity gain in HR support operations — same team, significantly more output — by applying machine learning to service desk data and redesigning workflows through Six Sigma. I've spent my career in diverse environments: starting in technology quality at HP in India, moving into global consulting at Cognizant in the UK, leading European HR transformation at Publicis Sapient, and now directing global HR technology at scale in the US. That breadth means I understand stakeholders intuitively — whether they're a CIO in London, an HR lead in Singapore, or a vendor team in Germany.
